A photograph can be used for magazine covers, to editorials, to advertising compaigns or whatever the need may be. Once a client has determined which image is desired to be used, a price is negotiated depending on various factors, but not limited to the following:




  • Type of project and format
  • Circulation and/or number of insertions
  • Size of images


Most usages are for one-time, North American, non-exclusive reproduction rights. However, other rights can be negotiated such as: exclusive rights, time sensitive rights, world wide uses or image buy out.
