If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a print order from us, simply return it within two weeks from purchase in the original packaging, in undamaged condition, and we will refund the price of the print. Orders over $200 - email for charges before purchases are made. Some prints may take longer to arrive than others as some images and prints are not always in stock. Generally, however, prints should arrive within 4 weeks of purchase, as long as I am not out in the field on an extended shoot.
